Transformation, change and HR leadership
I worked with Kate on a business transformation project that required strong HR leadership to deal with some complex issues. Kate was simply amazing, giving strategic guidance and getting into the detail with specific cases involving the displacement process. She was professional, giving the right level of guidance and supporting at consultation meetings. She was always present and available and not only did she give HR and legal guidance, but was clearly guided by a strong moral compass of right and wrong. As important as this, Kate was great fun to work with. It was a difficult time for employees who were affected by the consultation process, and an emotional situation to deal with. But Kate was always there with a "pick me up". I would highly recommend Kate.

It was FANTASTIC. Kate is incredibly insightful into human behaviour and reactions. When describing a difficult conversation she knew right off who I was talking about and could play the part of that person with unbelievable accuracy, even down to the mannerisms! This made the whole role play session feel authentic.
Role play is outside my comfort zone but Kate made me feel at ease. We covered a difficult conversation three times with her giving feedback and suggestions... By the third round, I just felt so relaxed because Kate had gently given me all the tools I needed. I'm almost excited to try this out in real life because I feel so much more confident.
She was fantastic, so approachable. Felt like I'd known her for ages and we worked together so well. Very honest and constructive when delivering feedback. Accommodating. Supportive and empathetic.
